TRANSFORMATION OF THE CONCEPT OF JOYALTY IN PODAKUVANNI: A PRIMARY ANALYSIS OF BIBLE TEXTS AND CUSTOM LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive interdisciplinary study of the replacement and evolution of the principle of equality of all tax payers before the law, as well as the prevention of any manifestations of tax discrimination. The relevance of the work is due to the need to search for fundamental value guidelines for reforming the tax system of Ukraine in the minds of legal transformation. The authors drew parallels between current regulatory legal structures and axiological ambushes of Christian ethics, which made it possible to identify the genetically rooted ideas of justice and lack of progress in financial legal relations. Within the framework of the investigation, the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Subsidiary Code of Ukraine, established with international anti-discrimination standards and biblical hermeneutics, were analyzed. The analysis of the Pentateuch (Vykhid, Numbers) determined the replacement of the category of formal equality in the subject, where the institution of a fixed “victory for the soul” acted as an instrument of social Hierarchy and reinforcing the equality of the skin subject in the system of government collections. Recently, through the analysis of the New Testament teachings of the Apostle Paul, a conceptual transition to a model of distributive justice and the principle of “equality” was established, which serves as a prototype of the daily payment for payment. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that non-discrimination stands not only as a technical and legal instrument for regulating the market, but as a meta-legal guarantee of the ontological equivalence of the skin individual Their relationships with the subjects of their own are of utmost importance.
