The study presents a scientific analysis of the philosophical and religious content of gender doctrine, viewed through the focus of gender expression, as well as its practical manifestations in the present tense: education, culture, media, and social strategy. The study is based on modern philosophical, sociological and religious concepts regarding the understanding of gender, as well as on the idea of discursive analysis, which allows to outline the semantic structures, mechanisms of creation and transformation of gender discourse in various socio-cultural actions. The methodological basis of the study is a set of modern scientific approaches: philosophical approach, religious approach, discursive analysis, sociological and cultural views. The results of the research indicate that the philosophical and spiritual essence of the gender doctrine is formed due to the harmony of cultural, social and religious narratives, which influence the compilation of the gender narrative in today's society. The theoretical and worldview foundations of the gender doctrine are studied. The main theoretical ideas of gender identity are studied: natural, social and worldview views. Worldview polemics regarding the freedom of self-expression, ethical problems and social equality within gender are revealed. The positions of the leading world religions regarding the person of a man and a woman, sexual functions and their transformation in modern society are analyzed. The uniqueness of the research lies in the complex mix of philosophical and spiritual consideration of gender ideology along with the analysis of its practical uses in modern society. Specifically, for the initial time, theoretical and philosophical assessment (moral, ethical, and metaphysical aspects of the topic) is combined with a religious framework (existing worldwide religions: Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism). The discussion method is utilized to investigate the progress and changes in gender stories within education, mass media, arts, and administration.
