Abstract

This article undertakes a comprehensive philosophical analysis of hybrid management, a paradigm that integrates technocratic and humanistic approaches to management in the context of globalization and digitalization. It adopts an interdisciplinary approach, examining the role of axiological aspects in management decisions, the influence of technological innovations on organizational structures, and the necessity of socially responsible management models. The analysis draws on the insights of modern philosophers and management theorists, including Castells, Latour, Jonas, and others, who underscore the significance of adaptability and flexibility in management amidst rapid change. The article also delves into the ethical considerations of adopting new technologies, where managers must balance economic indicators with the social and moral implications of their decisions. Furthermore, it explores the communication strategies essential for effective interaction in a multicultural environment, a key factor in the successful operation of organizations in today's globalized world. Hybrid management, identified as a novel management paradigm, harmonizes technological advancement with social responsibility, fostering conditions for sustainable development and ethical leadership.
