This article analyzes the key internal manifestations of a person's charisma, which constitute its existential basis and influence its socialization. The position is substantiated that the worldview foundations of a person's charisma give self-awareness to it and are supplemented by existential foundations that characterize the experience of oneself in the socio-cultural space. It is noted that the existential foundations of human charisma are: love for oneself and Another person, sincerity, irony and openness to dialogue. These existentials manifest themselves in completely different ways inside personality and its relations with society. From the positions of the methodological basis of metaanropology and social metaanthropology, the mutual influence of the worldview foundations of a person's charisma on his existential foundations in everyday, ultimate and transcendental human being, which correspond to usual, personal and philosophical types of worldview, is analyzed. It’s developed an opinion, that charisma means a manifestation of organicity in relations with Another person and society, however, this organicity can be both constructive and destructive, depending on the dimension of being, in which a person is located. It is noted, that in everyday being there is an existential-corporeal charisma of a person, which is based on a significant contradiction between it’s worldview and existential foundations, which characterizes unproductive relations in a totalitarian society. In the ultimate being, existentially-personal charisma arises, exacerbating these contradictions, giving rise to manipulative relations in an authoritarian society. In transcendental human being, the ideological foundations of a person enter into synergy with the way of it’s self-expression and life, forming an existential-communicative charisma, that opens up the possibility of social partnership in open society. It is concluded that the organic nature of a charismatic personality in relations with society must necessarily be combined with self-awareness, which gives it the opportunity to grow above itself, deepening its own charisma.
