чThe article carries out a comprehensive analysis of the worldview and value transformations taking place in modern military doctrines under the influence of globalization processes, technological revolution, changes in the nature of wars and sociocultural evolution of societies. Certain attention is paid to the humanitarian dimension of military policy and the integration of the gender component into the military strategy. The transition from the industrial model of war to the network-technological one, as well as the integration of the gender dimension as a component of doctrinal changes, are analyzed. The role of women in the Armed Forces as carriers of sociocultural values that influence the nature of military organization and leadership style is investigated separately. The thesis that the doctrine is not only a normative and strategic document, but a reflection of the cultural code of the nation, its anthropological ideas and axiological guidelines is substantiated. Doctrinal changes in the context of modern high-intensity warfare are analyzed. Conceptual shifts from the traditional military paradigm to adaptive, network, and human-centered models of warfare are considered. It is shown that international humanitarian law is the result of a long historical process aimed at humanizing war. It combines legal, moral and political elements and is one of the key components of the modern international legal order. It is also outlined that IHL is the result of a long-term historical evolution, in the process of which humanity gradually forms the rules of coexistence even in the most extreme conditions of conflict. In this sense, humanitarian law can be considered as aone of the fundamental tools of civilizational self-preservation of humanity. It is also reviewed that, despite significant achievements, today IHL faces new challenges related to the development of technologies, the changing nature of conflicts, the growing role of non-state actors, excessive technocratization, ethical dilemmas of autonomous systems, and institutional resistance to change. Meta anthropological analysis allows us to see international humanitarian law not only as a legal system, but as a deep cultural phenomenon, reflecting humanity's desire to limit the destructive power of war. At the same time, important ethical imperatives are taken into account: the use of AI for military purposes, which sparks discussions about moral responsibility, the risks of algorithm errors, and potential threats to civilians. It is concluded that ideological transformations are a strategic factor in the combat effectiveness of the state, and value shifts are the strategic basis of modern military doctrines: the technological revolution changes the nature of war and the structure of governance, gender integration increases the social legitimacy and adaptability of the army, and the Ukrainian experience confirms the importance of moral resilience and institutional trust
