The article provides a comprehensive philosophical and methodological analysis of the evolution of management paradigms from classical mechanistic models to modern synergistic approaches. The crisis of traditional linear rationality (F. Taylor, A. Fayol) is investigated and the need for a transition to flexible management models in the context of globalization, the deployment of Industry 4.0 and the formation of a network society is substantiated. Applying an interdisciplinary methodology that combines the tools of social philosophy, postmodern discourse and the theory of complex systems (I. Prigozhin), the specifics of management as a process of facilitation and curatorship of meanings are revealed. It is proven that in conditions of fundamental uncertainty and turbulence, the effective functioning of socio-economic institutions requires the rejection of directive administration in favor of the principles of self-organization, communicative action (Y. Habermas) and social rootedness (K. Polanyi). Special attention is paid to the transformation of public administration and the construction of modern educational landscapes, which are considered as open, open ecosystems of continuous human formation. It is concluded that the new philosophy of management should be based on ethical responsibility, environmental sustainability and the ability to harmonize technological progress with humanistic values, ensuring the viability of complex systems in a global dimension
